Please note that some colours may look different on screen to what they do in real life. As all Sophia Martika pieces are handmade, including patterns used, cutting and shaping, each piece may differ to the picture of the product displayed.

To ensure you get the most out of your product, please store in a clean and dry environment and handle with care to prevent damage. Sophia Martika is not responsible for any damage caused by misuse.

 

Returns & Exchanges

Please choose carefully prior to purchase as we currently do not offer returns or exchanges on items for change of mind. If you have any questions please feel free to contact us as we would be happy to assist.

If you do however find your product to be faulty, please contact us first prior to returning so we can discuss this matter with you. If it is deemed the item is faulty, we will either happily offer an exchange or a refund back to the original method of payment.
