When will my order be shipped?

Most orders placed before 10am AEST on weekdays will be shipped same day however after this time, on weekends or public holidays you order will be sent next business day. Please note that personalised items can take up to five days to process.

 

If I choose express post, will my order be sent sooner?

Orders are sent out in the order in that they are received. Express post will only shorten the postage time.

 

Can I combine orders?

Yes orders can be combined, however due to some products having a quick turn around time this may not be possible. Please contact us prior completing another order to make sure this can be arranged.

 

Is local pickup available?

Yes, local pick up is available however please contact us to arrange this prior to ordering.
